April 20, 2005 (Cover Girl Coulter -- Limerick)

• Like so many of my fellow lefties, I was simultaneously horrified by the Time Magazine cover story on Ann Coulter and amused by Time's incompetence in mistaking a third-rate right-wing parody for an extreme left organization. If nothing else, this publishing debacle tells us that Coulter and Time Magazine have at least one thing in common -- both will do anything for publicity.

  Skippy, Shakespeare's Sister, Altercation, and Attytood have some interesting comments on this media travesty. And I couldn't resist writing a limerick about Cover Girl Coulter:
