My Email To Obama’s Campaign
I got an info@barackobama.com campaign email & replied with this limerick. I plan to do this from now on, every time I get an email from Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. Feel free to use my limerick in the same way:
Limerick Ode To A Failed Presidency
By Madeleine Begun Kane
Dear Obama, I’ve had it — you’ve failed.
It was time to be strong, but you bailed.
The Dems needed “bold.”
But instead you got rolled.
You’ve undermined all that we hailed.

That’s what liberal policies will get you :-\
But Chris…look where “conservative” policies brought us in 2008; to the brink of collapse.
Hanso, Bush spent and wasted a lot of money. He spent liberally. It was his liberal policies of spending spending spending that helped create the bad economy. It was only enabled by they Democrats when they took control of Congress in 2007. That’s when the economy started going down (because there were no conservatives in Congress to rein in Bush’s spending.) The collapse of the housing bubble, though, was directly attributable to Bill Clinton and the Frank/Dodd bill. Bush went to Congress and told them that the bubble was going to burst, that Fanny and Freddie needed to be reined in (Fanny and Freddie are owned and operated by Democrats), and the Democrats called him and everyone else a racist for daring to try to stop it. They said there would be no collapse. Well, they were wrong and Bush was right. Conservative policies (that is, spending money CONSERVATIVELY and not throwing money at everything) is what will fix us.
Hansi, rather.
Cute trick: calling Bush a liberal, to avoid responsibility and blame for his alleged leadership.
Did Bush spend liberally or didn’t he? He was pro-amnesty, pro-throwing-money-at-things. He wasn’t “a liberal.” I said he became more liberal than he was when he was elected. He was, in the end, a moderate. He spent like a liberal, though. So why would you vote a more extreme liberal who you know is going to spend more liberally than Bush?
Chris, why don’t you go bother the Daily Kos people? They have more time for your nonsense.
