Ode To Corporate Vultures
Here’s my latest haiku (senryu) about the Wall Street meltdown and the $700 billion (or much more) Bush-Cheney-Paulson-Bernanke rip-off-the-taxpayers bailout plan:
Financial vultures
First gobble up our assets,
Then demand dessert.

The Wall Street Gambler’s Lament
They’re aware now we’re all in cahoots:
It’s the price of our pricey pursuits.
If we just get a bailout,
We’ll lug cash by the pail out,
‘Neath the wings of our gilt parachutes.
That is sooo funny im supposed to be trieng to write a haiku, but i cant think of one!!! lol:]
