As I hurry home on foot.
Weatherman blew it.
(Inspired by this weather related poetry prompt, over at Read Write. And speaking of prompts, I’ve posted a new prompt whose theme is time. I hope you’ll give it a try.)

very nice one on weather…weathermen go wrong all the time, dont they!
I never trust the weather forcasters…
Nice. Big puff from the weatherman that time.
Should be the weather or not man, really.
So true! Right now he’s saying 9-14″ for tomorrow night. Can I expect 1-2″? Please?! Cool haiku! (Literally! lol)

coiled and cocooned
Especially in spring!
Okay, I know it’s not spring, yet, but we’ve had sweet glimmers in the Pacific Northwest. (Sorry for the rest of you in more northerly and all.)
Hehe. Love this. Also, as the mother of 2 1/2 lawyers, loved your “recovering lawyer” description of yourself. (It’s a long story, isn’t it?)
i keep on saying,, i am coming back as a weather man next time around so that i can be wrong about everything… and still get paid…..
wind always makes me think of mary poppins and dorothy gail–
in just a few words, you gave me a picture of you on a slant walking home, garments flapping!
Weatherman blew it… a pun? Just kidding. Fun stuff!
Dreary, damp, drab
With a gust of gailfrost

I chuckled out loud at this! You did a great job combining humor and haiku.
