More 24, Please

As just about everyone knows, 24 is a popular, award-winning Fox television series about a federal counter-terrorism unit (CTU) in Los Angeles. It stars Kiefer Sutherland as Jack Bauer, on whom everyone perpetually counts.  

I was surprised to read that the “devotees of 24  [are] struggling to keep the faith” because hubby Mark and I are big fans:

I’m hooked on the show 24.
Those CTU plots I adore.
And I’m counting on Jack
To defuse each attack
And survive at least one season more.

    I haven’t seen 24 in a while, so I can’t comment on it, but I can on:

    Dancing with the Stars

    Though my wife likes to see the stars dancing
    With their dips and their glides and their prancing
    All the stuff in between
    Is so dumb and so mean
    At the TV remote I keep glancing.

    My husband likes Dancing With the Stars too. I like some of it, but get bored fairly quickly. Thanks for the limerick!

    Now, do you think former President Logan is still alive? Will the Russians retaliate about that darned nuclear warhead chip? Will the VP get even more creepy? I can’t take the pressure.
